This project has transformed the existing roof space into valuable additional living accommodation. It has also given the property a completely updated appearance. The finished roof includes new slate coverings, rooflights and a large dormer with modern grey cladding.

The roof works have been a major part of this Oakdale loft conversion. We completed the new slate roof alongside the dormer construction. We also installed rooflights to bring more natural light into the converted loft space.
We finished the dormer with grey external cladding, creating a smart and low-maintenance finish. The cladding works well with both the new slate roof and the existing property.
